Tutorial: Green and Gold Smokey Look

EDIT: I am no longer making posts in this domain. Please follow me over to www.walkinmyeyeshadow.com to keep following my makeup journey

This is a re-recording of a tutorial that I had up on my old channel before I deleted it at the start of the year. I do feel that this recording of the tutorial shows what steps to take to create the look better than what the original one did.

This is one of my favorite looks to do, as it incorporates green and gold, the typical Aussie colours. This also is the look that I wore to my family's Christmas lunch as it was also appropriate for the holiday season.

EYES:
- Urban Decay Primer Potion
- Goldmine eye shadow
- Swimming eye shadow
- Sumptuous Olive eye shadow
- Humid eye shadow
- Carbon eye shadow
- Vanilla eye shadow
- Rose Blanc eye shadow
- Prestige liquid liner in Black
- Smolder eyeliner
- Ardell "Whispies" lashes (similar to Ardell "Demi Whispies" only they don't graduate from long on the outer corner to shorting in the tear duct - a photo comparison can be seen below)

CHEEKS:
- Inglot #34 (peach with gold shimmer) blush
- Goldspill mineralize skinfinish

LIPS:
- Inglot #23 (light coral) lipstick
- Mimi lipglass

The following is a comparison between the Ardell "Whispies" lashes used in this video and the Ardell "Demi Whispies" which are a comparable and popular style.

As you can see, they are very similar and by the pictures you can see what I am talking about with the graduating lengths from inner to outer corner. If you don't have the "Whispies" you can use the "Demi Whispies" as a substitute.

Enjoy!
