Tutorial: Glowing Bronze Look

EDIT: I am no longer making posts in this domain. Please follow me over to www.walkinmyeyeshadow.com to keep following my makeup journey

So, I thought it was about time that I did a more neutral and wearable look for my viewers who like that sort of thing.
This is a golden-bronze look with a lot of highlight in the inner corner to help brighten up the eyes. It helps to make others eye focus on your pretty peepers and flatters them really well.

This look would look fantastic on anyone but I think would be most effective with people who have green or blue eyes as the colours used really help them stand out.

One of the eye shadows used in this, 100 Strokes eye shadow, was limited edition. If you cannot find it, it can be easily replaced by something like Beauty Marked eye shadow. Although these two colours are not exactly alike, 100 Strokes eye shadow being a brown with a burgundy undertone and Beauty Marked eye shadow being almost black with dark pink and purple glitter, the end results when used with the other colours are fairly similar. I will have photos below of both eye shadows so you can see the colours I used.

EYES:
- Indianwood paint pot
- Woodwinked eye shadow
- Mulch eye shadow
- 100 Strokes eye shadow (LE with Brunette Blonde Redhead Collection '09)
- Blanc Type eye shadow
- Nylon eye shadow
- Smolder eyeliner
- Prestige liquid liner in "black"
- Ardell "Whispies" lashes (optional)

CHEEKS:
- Inglot #34 (peach with gold shimmer) blush

LIPS:
- Inglot #23 (coral) lipstick
- clear gloss

Below is a comparison between 100 Strokes eye shadow and Beauty Marked eye shadow

As I said, not exactly but they both look similar when used with the colours in this look. Hopefully this helps.
